If you'll excuse two decay postings from me in one evening..

OIG has yielded only one fresh element for #23850 = 96- 23 C
(Priroda deb) since last Friday:
96- 23 C
1 23850U 96023C 96133.25473415 +.09516401 +11106-4 +20120-2 0 00280
2 23850 051.6261 303.2316 0082412 184.8148 175.2485 16.20857123002942
This is 30s late with respect to the SatEvo orbit evolution I posted on
May 11. I calculate that decay occurred around May 12.7.

                 --------------------------------------

I now predict that object #23849 = 96- 23 B (Priroda R) will decay at
about May 19.4. The latest OIG element is:
Priroda R
1 23849U 96023B 96134.51443956 .00865629 11889-4 32975-3 0 410
2 23849 51.6522 289.9244 0030954 171.9939 188.1584 16.22084601 3230
