The MOS-1B marine observation satellite, launched in feb 1990 in a 99
deg 910 km orbit, has run out of battery life and died after six years
of operation, lasting four years beyond its design life; according to
a message in Aviation Week & Space Technology, May 6, 1996.

Can worth watching closely; as it can getting to tumble, producing nice
flashes from its large raderpanel.
