The final OIG element for Polar r was:
Polar r
1 23803U 96013B 96122.81816749 .45083702 -23344-5 34928-3 0 1643
2 23803 85.8638 347.2073 0007195 7.9224 353.6852 16.52752668 10391

My estimate for its decay is now May 1.86.

Coincidentally, there are reports of a bright fragmenting fireball
being seen from W Scotland, heading W to S at May 1.89. The orbit of
Polar r does lie low across the SW at the time of the fireball, but
the rocket itself must have been far removed (if not already decayed).
