MSX satellite

The subsatellites to be kicked out by the MSX will be quite small -- on the 
order of a few inches in diameter and will likely not be visible. The only 
ODERACS sphere I was able to observe was one of the two 6-inch diameter 
objects, and it was barely visible (with averted vision at high elevation) 
at magnitude  11 at a much lower altitude than the MSX orbit, and under 
optimal phase conditions. I was never able to see the 4 -inch and 2 -inch 
spheres.
