SeeSat-L is definitely intended for *visual* observers, it seems to me that
radio observers already have a forum (or even several) that serves their
interests. So, I think discussions about radio observations should be kept to
the absolute minimum on this list. Naturally, the occasional *non-typical*
radio question can be discussed. Bill Black's question about Spektr's radio
beacon (to which I do not know the answer either, by the way) is a good
example of such an occasional non-typical radio question.

All IMHO, of course, and I am open to comments and remarks.
