There are navigation warnings for the southern Pacific Ocean near New Zealand and Australia. They line up with the ones for Meridian 9, launched 2020 Feb 20.

They cover the Soyuz-2 third stage re-entry. The fourth, Fregat, stage will take the satellite initially to 63° inclined LEO and then a firing at southern apex on rev 0 will take it to HEO.

Optical observations of MERIDIAN 4 reveal it is apparently tumbling. This leaves a ~6 hour gap in the MERIDIAN constellation. Even more so when factored with MERIDIAN 7's partial operation.
