Space-Track elements are now available for 65 objects from the SL1.17 launch (21-017). The four non-Starlinks are -BN, -BP, -BQ, -BR, -BS. The first four are marked as debris and have similar decay numbers so presumably are the launch clamp bars. -BS (47786) is unidentified and matches observations of the Falcon 2nd stage to date, I think.
