RE: Need TLE for Falcon R/B

With Adam Hurcewicz's help, I have derived approximate elements of what appears to be the Falcon 9
rocket body of the 2021-017 launch.

Methodology

I reduced two positions, separated in time by 1.1 minutes, from a video shot by a different
observer on 6 March 2021 5:03 local time (4:03 UTC):

Adam contacted the observer and obtained accurate location co-ordinates. I failed to request
permission to publish the name of the observer or the co-ordinates.

I identified a known satellite in the video, which enabled me to estimate that it begins at
04:00:12 UTC.

The above elements are a circular orbit approximation. The decay term is a trial and error fit to
approximate the time and track on the video Adam shot this morning:
