This has been my default premise as you’ve stated ... thanks Moriba Jah, Associate Professor The University of Texas at Austin | Aerospace Engineering and Engineering Mechanics Department | Mrs. Pearlie Dashiell Henderson Centennial Fellowship in Engineering | Oden Institute for Computational Engineering and Sciences | 512-471-0717 | moriba_at_utexas.edu | flow.page/moriba ________________________________ From: Seesat-l <seesat-l-bounces+moriba=utexas.edu_at_satobs.org> on behalf of Scott Tilley via Seesat-l <seesat-l_at_satobs.org> Sent: Monday, March 8, 2021 10:50:45 AM To: seesat-l_at_satobs.org <seesat-l_at_satobs.org> Subject: Re: [UTEXAS: SUSPECTED SPAM] CCSDS Orbit Ephemeris Messages (OEMs) in ASTRIAGraph Hello Moriba Interesting project. But I have reservations of where it may lead... In the past others have attempted to mass extract Seesat-l observations for their own websites/businesses/interests. While I don't speak for others, your group does not have my permission to use my posts or observations for any purpose other than to form an analysis and value add by sharing the results either on Seesat-l or a non-commercial website in a non-commercial manner. A good example of what is an acceptable use of my data is the work Mike McCants does. You may not use my observations for any commercial purpose or aggregate the data for your own purposes in a public manner unless it is expressly for amateur use and you charge no money for it and claim no right to own the data and provide clear credit to the source. And of course, you should ask me first. I speak for myself only.
