Hi All

Spacetrack hasn't released a TLE for Arktika-M 1 yet.  I used various
respected sources to create a crude orbital model and was able to locate
the mission emitting on C-band.

A determined visual observer with a camera could likely image it and
determine a much more accurate TLE.  I found the object roughly 5
degrees higher and about 10 degrees west of the position this TLE
provides at ~2021-03-04 04:00UTC. So if you go hunting take lots of
images around this field...  My observation window was very short as the
spacecraft switched off the TT&C beacon as it was descending when I
found it.
