Hi All Spacetrack hasn't released a TLE for Arktika-M 1 yet. I used various respected sources to create a crude orbital model and was able to locate the mission emitting on C-band. A determined visual observer with a camera could likely image it and determine a much more accurate TLE. I found the object roughly 5 degrees higher and about 10 degrees west of the position this TLE provides at ~2021-03-04 04:00UTC. So if you go hunting take lots of images around this field... My observation window was very short as the spacecraft switched off the TT&C beacon as it was descending when I found it. 1 99999U 21056.58333333 .00000000 00000-0 00000-0 0 03 2 99999 63.3000 290.0000 7227049 270.0000 180.0000 1.98347107 09 More details of my analysis and results here: https://twitter.com/coastal8049/status/1367337615788101635 Regards, Scott Tilley ROBERTS CREEK 1: 8049 ST 49.4348 -123.6685 40.
