UNID can be from IGS Radar-5 launch

Last night a UNID was imaged, but could not be IDed.
Cees Bassa has had a look at it and he suggests that it
could be one of the two objects from the IGS Radar-5 launch.
Not clear which one, the satellite or the r/b.
