These are very interesting satellites. I've seen two double 
flares from FIA Radar 1 about 1.5 years ago. At the first time it flared 
up to -1st mag, then faded a bit and flared up to 0 mag. At the 
second, first flare was -6th magnitude, then it faded to 0th 
mag, and again flared up to -3rd mag. It tooks about 10-15 seconds
 for all this stuff. One of the best things I've ever seen. I was able to
 barely predict second flare, as it had close mirror angles to the first.
 I've had no luck to continue mirror hunting.
