Adittional measurements from passes last night.

2017-03-15 23:25  15.65 sec
2017-03-16 01:15  13.03 sec
2017-03-16 03:07  12.76 sec
2017-03-16 05:01  not measurable; track over 2 images

So they are still closing in on eachother.
