At 09:31UT, a Proton-M with a Briz-M upper stage will launch the

ExoMars-2016 mission.
The mission will follow the typical Briz insertion profile of 4 burns
with intermediate orbits. I have not been able to find exact
information about the burn profile. Approximate information is

Using that information, I estimate the following TLEs:

The 85001 elset is valid from 09:31 to 11:10UT. Then the 85002 elset
should be used until it reaches perigee at 13:41UT. After that the
85003 elset is valid until the 19:50UT perigee. After that the 85004
elset is approximate; ExoMars will be on a hyperbolic orbit with
respect to the Earth, but since two-line-elements only support
eccentric orbits the 85004 elset will only be valid for the first few
hours after the 4th Briz-M burn.

ExoMars will be visible in the transfer orbit (85003) from Australia,
and then shortly after the last Briz-M burn from the European and
African continents. Note that the elements above are very approximate,
so allow for large offsets in time and position. If more information
about the orbits becomes available I will try to provide updated orbits.
