Hydrazine tank of re-entered 2008-010B / 32707 found in Spain

I have concluded that the cylindrical tank found in Spain on or about 2016 March 8, is a hydrazine tank of 2008-010B /
32707, the Atlas-V Centaur stage that re-entered on 2015 Nov 03 UTC.

Information on the recovered tank and the known Atlas-V Centaur hydrazine tank has been added to the report on the
re-entry, as Appendix A.6:

Technical information on all of the suspected debris, including their approximate discovery locations, is summarized in
Table 1 (Section 2.2). The locations are the best I could derive from careful study of news reports. If anyone has more
precise data, please contact me.

Figure 5 shows that the relationship of the point of impact of the hydrazine tank to the estimated ground-track is
similar to that of most of the other recovered debris (the metal strip found near Elda almost certainly is not from
2008-010B):
