They say at

http://www.eutelsat.com/en/satellites/36-degrees-east.html

EUTELSAT 36A is currently under redeployment

So they are moving it, somewhere else.

 Yesterday when preparing my
observations of geosats, I have seen
that Eute 36A has unclosed trajectory, thus floating away
 from its
orbital position. Its status everywhere is Active, and I've
 seen
flare from it. So what's going on?
