MMS centaur rocket question

At about 4:28:32 UTC I saw some fuzzy streaks a degree or two behind the
centaur extending not quite perpendicular to its path. They appeared and
faded quickly. My best guess is that it was a high-flying flock of
birds, but is there a possibility that it was some sort of thrusters
firing? I'm glad the fuel dump was a lot more obvious. It looked like a
bright ring that appeared around the rocket and slowly faded as it
expanded. I counted seven rings total before it went behind Earth's
shadow. It didn't appear to be visible to the naked eye.

Thanks for posting the predictions for this fuel dump. I've seen a lot
of satellites, but I've never seen anything like this before.
