Resending - Ed has responded. Might be an option while moon is full.

Ed and list,

With the moon right in the middle of the field I want to check for flaring Geo sats, I
remembered that long ago Ed Cannon reported that some Hughes built spacecraft would flare at
60° off the anti-Sun point. Is there a specific list, or is it just the ones with the solar
concentrators as described on Gunters Space page?
