-------------------------------------------------------------------------

The evening started with scattered, fast moving clouds, then became clear. USA
245 (13-043A) was captured amidst clouds.

It twice flared brightly: a slow bright flare to -2 near 20:27:28 UT and a brief
flare to -1 at 20:29:03.64 UT.

USA 129 (96-072A) was captured as it emerge dout of wearth shadow low in the
west, as a very faint trail. I only measured the better defined end of the trail.

USA 186 (05-042A) was not seen, but this could very well be the result of
unfavourable conditions: it is likely that it was simply too faint to be seen
due to an unfavourable illumination angle.

13-043A was 1.4s early and 0.04 deg off-track. 96-072A was 1.3s late. Both
relative to two day old elsets.
