NOTES:

1) After a mad dash to take the video camera from the weather proof
   enclosure and mount it on the computer controlled mount I managed
   to get it pointed to where my previous elsets predicted USA 245 to
   pass one orbit later. I inadvertently changed a setting, reducing
   the sensitivity of the camera by a factor of a hundred, but
   fortunately USA 245 still showed up. This orbit fits for all but
   eccentricity, inclination and drag:
