    This is another retrograde orbit, now with an inclination near 142.5
    degrees. This matches the Israeli Ofeq satellites. My guess is that it is
    Ofeq 5 [27434/02025A], last seen 720 days ago, though it could also be Ofeq
    7 [31601/07025A]. Ted and Mike are more suited to confirm this.

    I see Mike's latest elset includes an update to Ofeq 5.. 
    
    If that's what I saw, though no one has said so, then that's certainly a red
    letter day! That would be the first time I have caught a Classified object
    accidently.. i.e. I saw a useful object I didn't specifically aim for..
