Object 90040 (a Centaur in a GTO orbit) had not been seen
in about 3 years. Derek Breit found in on Feb 28 about 3:45 UT.
I was able to observe it this morning March 1 at 7:45 UT.

So the following elset should be pretty close:

    Unknown 050702
    1 90040U 05683A 13060.28111594 0.00003372 00000-0 11271-2 0 08
    2 90040 27.6399 78.0791 6995835 300.5318 8.9249 2.63649113 05

It was about magnitude 8.5 at a range of about 8500 miles.
    It tumbles slowly.
