Kevin Fetter has reported new observations of the Sar Lupe object he found recently:

    Here are updated elements:

    1 70001U 12082.33337815 .00002481 00000-0 92543-4 0 09
    2 70001 98.1720 57.3109 0011201 231.4404 128.5830 15.27383137 02

It is either Sar Lupe 3 (07053A / 32283 or Sar Lupe 5 (08036A / 33244), but I cannot tell which, since they are nearly
coplanar. A useful strategy may be to determine whether a more-or-less constant along-track spacing has been maintained,
and then search for an object leading or trailing the above TLE by that spacing. When time permits, I will look into
    that possibility.
