1999-004B 25622 Globalstar 40 is periodically visible to the naked eye

    This Globalstar (almost certainly no longer operational)
    was seen by binoculars and the naked eye.
    Three maxima were distinguished with times in between of 93 and 129 seconds.
    The average value is 111 seconds. It was magn. +3.3 at its brightest.
    The variability of this object was noticed before.
