Look at Control Panel -> Clock, Language and Region and click on Date and Time. The "Internet Time" tab show is you have configured the machine to synchronize with the internet. Mine isn't changed from default and it goes to time.windows.com but you can point it to time.nist.gov By all account this is NTP servers and should be decently accurate.
