While Aiming at a area of sky, I noticed a very bright flash. I aimed, where I thought I observed it, and was rewarded with another one. It was Vortex 3 ( 12930 ) a classfd satellite. It takes a few minutes, between flashes. Flashes are easily mag 4 are brighter. Positional and flash data later.
