    Hi all,

On February 20, I photographically captured what appeared to be a brief
pulsatimng brightness event of he STSS Demo 2 (09-052B):

I now captured a very similar phenomena with the other STSS demo object from
this launch, STSS demo 1 (09-052A), yesterday evening (March 16). Image and
brightness profiles can be seen here:

In February the STSS Demo 2 pulse had a rather stable period of 0.13s. For the
16 March STSS Demo 1 pulse I find a rather stable period of 0.16s.

Like the February observation, the pulse is present during the first 2 seconds
of a 10 second trail image only (and not on other trail images from the same
series). For this reason, I do not want to exclude some instrumental effect from
the camera (even if I fail to see how that would create such a pulse in the
trail. Tremor, for example, creates a wobble, not pulsing brightness).

    - Marco
