At a loss over NOSS

    On the evening of 23Mar09 at 2030 I observed either NOSS 3-3A or NOSS
    3-3C. The other object was not observed. According to CalSky both were
    the same magnitude and separated by only a few seconds on the same
    track. Why was only one visible (the one I saw was not difficult to
    see)? I have noticed this before with NOSS doubles and am at a loss to
    explain it.
