    Your times are the same for the two different positions.
    
    But it appears that this is LES 8 (NCat 08746, 76-23A).
    It is a known flasher - giving naked eye flashes at some times in the past.
    The period was often about 2 minutes, but our observation last August was
    only 14 seconds.  See:
