time difference between tle's for 90061 using a certain star

    Using the star FQ leo located at
    
    RA (J2000.0): 11 21 29.27
    declination +03 56 14.8
    
    I observed 90061 passing very close to it, at 2:52:00 UTC
    
    Ted's tle had it arriving in the area, roughly 1 m 25 seconds later, and Mike's roughly 3 minutes later. So Ted's tle win's for being closest in time :)
    
    Nice to see it, as in awhile, this satellite will be BBQ by the eath's atmosphere :)
