I was able to observe with the unaided eye the ISS with shuttle docked pass
starting 23.41.00 UTC March 17 with the sun only 3 degree below horizon.
On the next pass starting around 01.17.00 UTC March 18 I was able to see it
low in trees in my northwest. Photo taken.
Photo also taken of Iridium 55 flaring to -7 mag at 00.50.48 UTC.
Photos can be seen here http://home.comcast.net/~nuke/site/ at the last 2
    photos.

At 01.02.17 UTC I started tracking Iridium 33 #24946 in telescope at beta
Canis Major. During the approximate 3 minutes of tracking there were many
short duration flashes of 1 to -1 mag.
