    According to the TV schedule posted here:
    http://www.nasa.gov/multimedia/nasatv/mission_schedule.html
    the Shuttle will dock at 21:13 GMT on the 17th.
    
    For me, STS-119 will be about 20 minutes behind ISS.  Since I'll be seeing 
    the same pass as you, you can expect the same time difference.
