GOCE Launch Delayed

    The launch of the European GOCE satellite was aborted just 7 seconds before 
    scheduled liftoff due to problems with doors at the launch service tower in 
    Plesetsk. Another attempt will probably be made tomorrow (to be confirmed) at 
    14:21 UTC, 17-MAR-09. The following set of TLEs would be valid from S/C 
    separation at 15:51:35 UTC, 17-MAR-09.
