    I used Retrieve TLE Data by Satellite ID Number now,
    but it is also shown on My Favorites Page if you have cofigured it to 
    include 30051 and checked the 'Decay Data' column for this object.
    and in Search the SATCAT by Satellite Decay Date  (or Search by Satellite 
    Decay Date) if you select 2009/Any/Any - but strangely enough not in Recent 
    Satellite Decays
    and in Search by Satellite Catalog Number
    at the end of Catalog Change Report: 30 Day
    and of course the Satellite Situation Report
