    You could, if you looked at the current version of the file!
    Simone has added date and time.
    A new version of my www.algonet.se/~b_gimle/programs/ibmpc/SkyMed.exe VB 
    program will also handle the new format.
    It extracts the prediction points within a specified range from a lat/long, 
    and estimates the maximum flare time (actually the time the flare passes 
    closest to your site)
