I was watching the ISS tonight when I saw an amazing double flare. The
first flare was in the NE as the sat reached Ursa Major. I was too busy
watching to note the time; it was approximately 19:53 MDT (3/16 1:23
UTC). It flared again in the NNE from 19:55 to 19:56.

The path of the satellite was very close to Resurs 1-4 (25394).

    I am located in Albuquerque at 35 7' 32"N, 106 31' 17"W.

While I was composing this message, I see that Becky Ramotowski also saw
one of these flares and photographed it (http://astrobeck.com/).
