As I am too lazy to check the elset date, I usually just let quicksat tell me its old by noticing the possible error it lists e.g.:

    25746 USA 144 Deb   10.0 4.0      20 c 2.0
    11 29 28   7 51  45   200  5.2  34 3 1875 270 2192  .5  54 1256  54.8

The "7" after the time tonight (11:29:28) means there's a 7s error window, so the elset must be a little old. Turns out its 33d old:

    USA 144 Deb
    1 25746U 99028C   09040.14742102 0.00000000  00000-0  00000-0 0    09
    2 25746  63.4431 168.7066 0251017 295.0488  64.9513  9.69860095    03
