    Every rocket (when in earth or other planet's orbit is a satellite),
    many satellites are not rockets.
    Rockets are a subset of the set of (artificial) satellites.
    People using "rocket" are more specific about the original function of
    this now satellite.
    Often rockets are the brighter satellites.
