    Finally, I managed to see 2009-004A this morning on a superb 49 pass through Ursa Minor and Cepheus.
    
    I estimated the sat to be magnitude +6, pulsing regularly to mag +4, making this an easy find (though hard to pin down for a positional ob).
    
    I hope to post my observation of it soon.
