Hi all : too cold for me to observe tonight, it's under 20 deg. F. Unless
there is a spectacular event, 20 is my limit. I wanted to inquire about the
geostats that flare. I have only caught a few by accident. Is there a
method I can predict a time and place to observe flaring geos?
