After almost a month with many clouded nights
a mostly unclouded sky at last.
I saw ISS without ATV in the 18:38 transit (ATV too faint?) and partly clouded
I saw both satellites with already reported time gap of about 15 seconds.
My main object for to night was 08-014B/32751 SAT Lupe 4 rocket,
a new Kosmos rocket.
It has a regular brigthness variation with a period of 3.96 seconds

More PPAS observations to follow.
