    Notes:
    =========
    (1) Purpose of tracking session was to acquire USA 200 (NROL-28)

    (2) Radio observations:

          AOS 03h22m05s UT frequency 2232.5307 Mhz
          Fmax 03h45m31s UT frequency 2232.5397 Mhz
          LOS 04h03m41s UT frequency 2232.4483 Mhz

         true frequency of satellite transmitter = 2232.493 Mhz

         comparison with optical observations show that my AOS radio horizon
         is about +5 degrees elevation, whilst LOS appears to give a radio
         horizon of about 0 degrees.

    (3) Satellite running very close to predictions based on elements by
         Ted Molczan and one other. The CoSaTrak tracking program indicated
         that the satellite was running approximately 36 seconds late.

    (4) The "strays" are satellites that crossed the field of view whilst
         tracking on USA 200.

    Cheers
    Greg
