    Notes:
    ==========

    (1) Main purpose was to try and find USA 200 by radio and optical.
        Got radio observations which showed that satellite had done a major
        orbit change and was now running about 15 minutes early on predictions

    (2) Did not see it optically-was fooled by Gruzomaket with the result that
        I did not wait long enough at the predicted positions for USA 200- duh!!.

    Cheers
    Greg
