3 years ago tonight, I got my confirmation that the APT can be seen with the eye when the
conditions are right.
Tonight the same APT ( 28395 ) will make a pass tonight, again in the eye range, for my location.
For others it will be fainter, when it passes by for your location.
What a great way to celebrate. I like getting buzzed by the APT, ie sat passes close by and zips
across the sky.
Then I watch the ATV and ISS pass by, shortly after.
