Bjorn Gimle recovered USA 161 (01044A / 26934) on 2008 Mar 27 UTC, running about
4 min late relative search elset 79001:

Elset 79003 is the result of propagating 79001 to the revolution of Bjorn's
observation, and adjusting only RAAN and mean anomaly in the differential
    correction:

    1 79003U 08087.90414578 .00001452 00000-0 30000-4 0 02
    2 79003 97.8833 200.3772 0471000 358.9558 1.0625 14.75900000 05

This result is fairly rough, especially the mean motion; I estimate at least 1
min prediction time uncertainty, 24 h after the epoch.
