Either Nimiq 2 are Directv 3 had a early flare !

    While scanning the geo belt, I noticed that either Nimiq 2 ( 27632 ) are Directv 3 ( 23598 ) was 
    brighter then I was expecting.
    
    It was clearly a flare, based on what I observed. The sat was around Mag 8 to 9, when the flare
    occured, followed by the sat getting fainter.
    
    Time of flare, was around 3:01 UTC ( Mar 25 )
    
    Area of sky
    
    9 h 41 m R.A
    -6 deg 43 min Dec
