Most USA 193 fragments not visible

    On March 4, 7 and 9 I looked for many fragments from the
    explosion of 06-57A, without seeing any.
    In each case I allowed for the rate of change on mean motion
    to be in error by a factor of 2.
    Fragments often vary by several magnitudes, so some of the fragments
    below may sometimes be much brighter than my limit.
    
    Column 1 = catalog number
    Column 2 = International designation
    Column 3 = Absolute magnitude it must have then been fainter than.
