Hi all, Against my expectations it was clear this morning, allowing me the opportunity to observe the 04:21 UTC pass of ATV-1 "Jules Verne" (08-008A). I watched it emerge from eclipse in Ophiuchus around 04:21:10 UTC. It was a very nice object, reaching mag. +0.5. A picture of the pass is here: http://sattrackcam.blogspot.com/2008/03/atv-1-jules-verne-nice-and-bright.html (unfortunateley not the best of pictures due to lens reflections) - Marco ----- Dr Marco Langbroek - SatTrackCam Leiden, the Netherlands. e-mail: sattrackcam@wanadoo.nl Cospar 4353 (Leiden): 52.15412 N, 4.49081 E (WGS84), +0 m ASL Cospar 4354 (De Wilck): 52.11685 N, 4.56016 E (WGS84), -2 m ASL SatTrackCam: http://home.wanadoo.nl/marco.langbroek/satcam.html Station (b)log: http://sattrackcam.blogspot.com ----- ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Subscribe/Unsubscribe info, Frequently Asked Questions, SeeSat-L archive: http://www.satobs.org/seesat/seesatindex.html
