So its one of those satellites that can sometimes be quite dependent on phase angle to produce its flashing. I know I used to look many times before I twigged onto the best phase angle to look! Ill correct my MATCHES.TXT file I first posted today to show it as 96052 as well. Quite likely I missed a few others.... Incidentally the INT96 TLE's that Mike issues are pretty close to where the satellites currently are - my experience so far has been within 2-3 minutes of time. If my understanding is correct Mike updated the 96*** elements using the ESA#10 report when it came out early in Feb 2008. >I had tried for 96113, but had no luck. Peter and I both observed this recently ( 16th and 17th Feb resp) and my notes say "easy" but again phase angle helps...
