Notes:
------
(1) Using 6 inch reflector for the fainter ESA#10 objects not yet in
CLASSIFIED.TLE.
#96101 (UI101 in ESA catalog) - regular flashing about half magnitude
variation. One bright flash to about mag +9
#96032 (UI032 in ESA catalog) - slight variation in brightness
#96031 (UI031 in ESA catalog) - appears reasonably steady
#96102 (UI102 in ESA catalog) - slightly variable - bit difficult due
to low elevation and glare from city lights.
#96043 (UI043 in ESA catalog) - DSP F3 easy object varying in brightness
#96035 (UI035 in ESA catalog) - DSP F2 easy object varying in brightness
#96027 (UI027 in ESA catalog) - easy steady object - payload rather than
rocket or other debri??
(2) Observing conditions a bit difficult due to fast moving cloud which
eventually wiped me out.
Cheers
Greg
